After closely worked with our sales team and conducting a series of interviews, we were surprised to learn the nuances and challenges in their workflow. The first step was to create a persona to refer to. We aligned our work with the persona regularly to help us ensure that we were meeting our users needs along the way.

Design Handoff- User Flow and Design Specs
Our developers were involved in every stage of the project, so there were no surprises once it was time to begin the development. An user flow and specification document were created and iterated upon throughout the project to ensure that business, design and development was fully aligned on all details. This due diligence also helped to ensure that the UAT was relatively uneventful.
