This is an app designed to connect our users with Kaiser dermatologists for the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, without the usual wait time.
After conducting initial requirements gathering and usability study, my team released the first set of wireframes.
We further conducted more usability studies to flush out any potential difficulties when using the app.
